Returns  & Refunds Policy

We hope you absolutely love your products, but we know sometimes things don't quite work out that way.

If you receive a damaged product

Please contact us directly as soon as you have received the package, with photos of the damage. You will then arrange a return of the item, and once the return has been received and processed, you will receive a full refund. We aim to process refunds within 3 working days of receiving the return.

If you have decided you don't want your product any more

Unfortunately, we are unable to process any refunds for products when you have changed your mind.
